The oven does preheat to the set temperature, but does not maintain it. It runs between 25-35° cooler during the rest of the cook time. I tried adjusting the temperature according to the manual. This didn™€™t make any difference. It has been a challenge trying to adjust my tried and true recipes. Heat is too inconsistent to judge. Not thrilled with the oven. The microwave works well though.

This is a very attractive appliance and is reasonably priced. I find the microwave a bit smaller than expected. We are also having trouble fitting the unit into the wall space despite very precise measurements to make sure the unit would fit.

This unit is quite efficient and it cooks food very well and evenly.We like that there is a convection oven as part of the unit.We cooked out Thanksgiving turkey in the convection oven.It took only one basting and it was a golden brown when it was done.It was moist, making for excellent eating.

Problems with microwave

After about two weeks we had problems with the microwave. First the door would not open and required to be "pried" in order to open. Then the microwave would not shut off and the controller would not operate to the point where the microwave ceased to operate. Today is Sunday, will contact Frigidare tomorrow for their response to correct the problem.

Losing Quality Control?

We waited close to 4 months for delivery. When we received the box, I found the unit was shipped on a styrofoam base, which was broken all to pieces. The shipping box was intact.We found scratches on the stainless steel face of the microwave oven. We are now waiting to see if Appliance Hospital can replace the damaged part of the oven. It is obvious QUALITY CONTROL is lacking. We are not happy!

I've had this oven/microwave combo installed for a coupe of weeks now. I've been very happy with the microwave oven. It is so much more quiet than my old Kenmore. If anything, it may run a little hotter, and doesn't take quite as long to cook things. The one thing I absolutely love about it is that the door opens to the side like my old microwave, instead of opening down from the top. This is so much safer, being that I'm a little short. I've been happy with the oven as well. I have not used the convection option as of yet, but I intend to in the future. I have baked bread in the oven several times, and have been very happy with the results. My last oven/microwave combo lasted 17 years. I'm hoping for the same out of this one.

I love this appliance. The oven is super quiet and does not amid a lot of heat. The microwave is super strong. The only thing I don™€™t like is that the alert on the microwave will keep going and going until you go open that microwave door or cancel stop it when the time is up.

We haven't used the oven yet, but the microwave works great. It is slightly smaller than most but hasn't caused any issues. It looks beautiful in it's spot in the kitchen.Just know your electrical box should be below and not behind the unit unless your cabinets are extra deep. We had to relocate our box because the conduit on the wiring was stopping the unit from being pushed in flush. I wish there would have been an area to slide the conduit back in the unit. Other than that, easy install.

This 30" microwave/oven was purchased to replace a 20+ year old 27" microwave/oven. We changed the installation location and installed it ourselves per the instructions, no issues whatsoever. We got a little more that we anticipated in that the oven has a bread proofing function that we didn't recognize until it was installed. We also went with the Gallery series for the refrigerator, dishwasher and induction cooktop. All Great products
