Nice, love the app to control your AC but disappointed with no continuous display of temperature and control, only when you change something then display turns off. Top mount was bent and couldn't install until 10 days later to receive a replacement part.

It would be nice if it ran on a 5G wifi since all our cell phones do, these days. If/when I switch back to connect to the 5G with my cell phone, I probably will lose connection with the AC. Also, I wish it had more range of which way to direct the airflow. We had to mount it high in the window above the door and had to create a makeshift hood to direct the air down. Otherwise, it is a good unit and has handled the heat of the summer well.

The units are nice. They work well and the app works good too. I bought 2 units and neither remote worked. After calling customer service and spending a significant time on hold and well over 30 minutes talking to someone (each time btw, as they were installed at separate times), they finally sent me out new remotes and now they work as they are supposed to.

It's not as quiet as others but it's not a problem for me. Having a good working ac for the price AND having wireless connectivity is worth the little noise I hear from it. I can't wait to get another.

I bought two last year for my house and loved them so much I bought two more for our guest rooms. The app works great and is amazing. when your heading home from work you can turn them on and when you get home it™™s like you had them on all day.

This was a huge disappointment across the board, the AC is much worse than other brands we have of the same BTU. The rate of air flow coming from our unit was poor, not sure if we got a defective unit but we are in a heatwave and had to replace immediately with another brand. BE AWARE: You can't return for a refund when buying directly from Frigidaire!!! They only will exchange for the same unit.

I'm happy with the unit's air conditioning capabilities. It cools the small space of my office just fine. However, I purchased 3 (different model number) units at the same time, to cool my whole house. Two of the three connected with the Frigidaire app flawlessly, but this one, as soon as I got it connected, gave me the error "This appliance isn't supported by this app yet." I tried 3 times, just to make sure it wasn't user error, but no. Same message. How can you call this a connected unit (and charge extra for that functionality) when it's not even capable of connecting to Frigidaire's own app?

This unit ticks all of the boxes except it's not the quietest unit out there which for a unit being next to my bed is really important to me. Smart home connectivity works good enough, it makes the room cold and it's one of the more efficient units

Works well but couldn™™t believe it clicks on and off all night, like a fridge but much louder. Maybe I™™m just not used to A/C! Also annoying that Alexa can turn it on and set the temp and ™cool™™ mode but cannot turn it to fan only mode, and cannot set the fan speed.

I have a older house that doesn™™t have central A/C, so I had gotten two of these units. They do very well when battling the heat of summer. That being said, there is a slight gap that allows for bugs to get in (even with strips covering the gap). Additionally, even though they were installed at the same time and run for the same length of time, one of the A/C units required the filter to be changed much earlier than the other. The units also required frequent resetting early on, back when I was using Verizon Home. Once I switched to XFinity, this problem stopped.

This is a simple window AC with smarts that integrate with Alexa and Google. The app is fairly easy to navigate with options to schedule things. One feature I really would like is for the AC to autostart when the temperature is higher than 80degF. Overall satisfied with the product. Don't know much on the longevity. Ive had it for over 2 years now.

What more can I say? It keeps my room cold, and I can make sure it's functioning wherever I happen to be. They are both pretty important since the unit is chilling the room that houses my chinchilla, and she will die of heatstroke if the room gets above 80°f. So I can check to make sure it is running while at work, so she can stay safe.

I needed a quiet air conditioning unit for a small window in my music room that is 16' x 23', and this fits the bill perfectly. It even handles an additional smaller room and hallway without any difficulty. I like that I can control it remotely from the App, which has come in handy a few times whan I was away and the weather changed dramatically. I highly recommend this little AC unit

A friend recommended the wifi ready machine. I bought 2, 6000 and 8500 btu. The ease of use and ability to control temperature is much appreciated. I have a dog so the ability to regulate the temperature in his area when not home is remarkable. I can monitor the temp in his room and adjust accordingly, very humane.Thanks,Paul

This Room Air Conditioner is great. I have it in my room, and it really cools the room in this Texas heat, which frankly is all that matters. The cool thing about it is that it's not all that it has, because it comes with cool features like the mobile app, and the connection to my Amazon Alexa. With the app I can schedule it to turn it on and off automatically.

When it's getting close to his bedtime, I get on the app and turn it on and have it set up so that when we take him to bed, his room is nice and cool. I love my new Frigidaire A/C. I turn it on using WiFi so that it's on when I need it and not when I'm away or when I forget to turn it off. It set to work according to my schedule as not to be wasteful.

Overall I am very pleased with my new air conditioner. I wish it was a little bit quieter, but performs as advertised so that's fine. It does an adequate job of cooling my large bedroom, even on the lowest fan setting. It works really well with my Amazon Echo and set up was quick and easy. A good product overall, thank you!

This AC unit does cool a room quickly. It also is a Smart AC so I can control it with my phone with an easy setup. Also it has an ECO mode to auto shut off and on saving a ton of electricity. I love it and highly reccomend it.

Last year I purchased the same model in 5,000 BTU™™s and the compressor stopped working after a month. I purchased this one two months ago because of positive reviews, but this one also has issues. A month in and the gauge that indicates the room temperature in eco mode does not seem to work causing the compressor not to kick in and the room to be between 5-10 degrees than it should. So far I have been able to problem solve by unplugging it every day for about thirty seconds which seems to reset it and everything works great until the next morning. I gave it another shot and I™™m just disappointed.
