Oven arrived inoperable but stove works great

Purchased on 09/01 took about two weeks for delivery arrived without a working oven. Jumped through hoops with LG just to get a repair man out confirmed that control board didnt work ordered replacement part. Went another two weeks to find out part is on backorder waited another two weeks for repair company to follow up with LG to find out theyll need to replace the whole unit but first making me jump back through the previous hoops Ive already jumped through. Stove works great though Couldnt cook a Thanksgiving meal at home which what I purchased it for my wife is not really happy about that especially since we just purchased all new LG appliances for our kitchen. Second guessing that decision.

Missing parts

I denied the oven due to missing parts and now I am waiting to get a replacement and of course it had to happen Thanksgiving week when I have guests coming. Not good. I am sure I will like the oven when I get it.

Electric panel failure in less than 2 years

Needed a new stove and thought this would be a good option when my first choice was not available. This was promoted to me by the store. The panel that turns on the stove quit working in less than 2 years with minimal use. For the cost of a stove I expect it to last a few years.

Poor quality Buyer beware

It makes me incredibly angry that we spent thousands on all BRAND NEW appliances from LG thinking wed gotten good quality appliances that should last. I have been completely meticulous about what I clean my black stainless appliances with however after just a few months our refrigerator finish was chipping off in places nobody touches. And now just a year later on our range the finish is starting to discolor and look like crap. When we tried getting fixed under warranty they dont cover crap because its cosmetic. Cosmetic or not you dont spend thousands on new appliances for your new home expecting them to look like trash in such a short time. Ive taken insane care of these and babied them because I was so happy to have new appliances. Incredibly wrong and frustrating that they dont take care of these issues and unless LG decides to do something to actually make this right I will never ever purchase or recommend appliances from them again

Horrible will Never buy again.. the clock is not working the grey/ black parts of the stove is peeling and when I called they said they dont cover any peeling and I bought warranty it only covers mechanical stuff and even with that they give u a hard time Im so over it now I have to paid out of pocket to replace these ideals and I think its not fair

A really attractive stove when clean

I purchased this item as part of a complete kitchen set just after Memorial Day. To maximize rebates I had to select each appliance individually which required some effort as opposed to buying a predetermined set but we got what we wanted. The stove itself looks really nice and the blue oven interior is really cool. The different sized burners are a nice feature: especially the really large one that brings water to a boil so much faster than my last stove. The middle-burner griddle isnt quite as functional as I thought it would be: with little place for grease run-off its not very functional for anything greasy certainly not bacon and an food that gets knocked off falls below the cooking grates. The grates themselves are large and clumsy to remove for cleaning under them and the area under them collects a lot of food and crumbs. The oven controls show fingerprints badly requiring very regular wipedown. The under-the-oven storage drawer could open/close a little more smoothly than it does but its functional.

Bought a few months ago and not happy with the quality. Wire racks inside are light weight and stove top for some reason is hard to clean the smears off. Gas stove and the burners light weight cast center pieces seem to have their finish coming off. Figure that one out. The range does seem to function properly though. Just miss quality.

Not happy with purchase flame too high on back burner causing panel to bulge and show burn marks after less than 3 months purchasing/using it. Have been dealing with customer service for more than 1 month via chat and phone and they cant seem to stand behind their product or manufacturers warranty although LG technician and retailer technician deemed it defective.

Love this range that is gas. Fires up nicely and the oven heats up quickly. The style is sleek and appealing. The two things I dont like it that you can add minutes to the timer when baking and the bottom drawer is small and feels cheap.

Upgraded all kitchen appliances after looking at reviews online. We have been very pleased w/our LG washer and dryer of five years. A recent refrigerator replacement in black stainless really solidified us competing the rest of the kitchen. Top burners seem to heat more quickly. All controls are easy to understand. The oven bakes very well. Weve not tried the air fryer selection yet and are looking forward to that and the convection oven.

Great gas stove

Did a lot of research prior to purchasing this gas range. Really like the black stainless steel color. The range is great and we converted it to propane. We also have an LG side by side fridge and just recently ordered a LG dishwasher. All of the LG products seem to be very well built and are moderate in price. We have had no issues with any of the LG appliances. I would highly recommend these products. The oven with the air fryer works very good as it should.

Attractive Functional Gas Stove

I have not tried the air fryer function yet. Bakes beautifully. Im still having an issue with setting the timer but husband has no problem setting it so its just me. Its all in the manual how-to-do. Inside is a very pretty blue. Burners work well. I like the long flat midsection piece to make pancakes. Matches my LG refrigerator.

Great design and function every function on this stove is awasome from the timer to the manufacture of its components only prob so far is the programing of certain functions but it will take time to get it down. Excited for stove but several gas leaks

We bought this stove in August have had the store tech out once and LG tech out twice for gas smells. One gas leak was due to a line not tightened enough during manufacturing. The back gas leak we are not sure why but when the store tech came to fix it they applied pipe dope that he should not have. Seems miscommunication with store techs?

Oven light died first week of use

Oven light worked fine and I was delighted. Lo and behold it dies 1st week of use. LG online support is epically cumbersome and useless. Sending me a new bulb with instructions that are incorrect and the bulb wont screw off.
