Returns and cancellations are subject to a 30-50% restocking fee after 24-48 hours of placing an order. All requests for returns and exchanges must be processed within 5 days of purchase and approved by the manager. Special Order Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Harbor Appliance Inc. reserves the right to decline any returns. Exchanges due to service/repair issues will only be authorized if the manufacturer deems a product not repairable.
Shipping, delivery, and install charges are not refundable. After the seven (7) day return period, products will be covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Clearance items are not returnable.
Please be advised, standard shipping does not include white glove services or in-home delivery and unboxing. If additional installation or hauling service is required, you may purchase these services separately through us.
